Minister Christina Greenaway
Christina Verona Kelly born in Birmingham, England to Edgerton and Lucy Kelly of Jamaica, West Indies, is number 11 of 12 children.
As a child, she always had a special love for the Lord and would attend Church wherever she could. At the age of 11, she confirmed her dedication to the Lord with water baptism in the Church of God of Prophecy.
From 1981 – 88 she worked as Secretary and Office Manager to three National Overseers of the Church of God of Prophecy in the United Kingdom.
In 1988 she married Leroy Greenaway and moved to Canada where she served as Pastor’s wife at the Montreal West Church of God of Prophecy.
In 2002 she moved to Delaware to serve with her husband as Presiding Bishop of the Mid-Atlantic Region, and in December of 2014, they were transferred from the Mid-Atlantic Region to serve the Northeast Region as Presiding Bishop. Chris continues to serve as the Office Administrator to the Regional Office, and whenever possible travels with her husband across the region.
They are blessed to have two children, Jessica and James, and a beautiful granddaughter Zaiah Williams.
Chris was ordained as a Minister in the Church of God of Prophecy in 2009 and graduated from Palmer Theological Seminary with a degree in Pastoral Studies in May 2009. She graduated from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in 2019, with a Master of Arts in Religion degree (cum laude).
